Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tetezo's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Tetezo is a pre-launch microinsurance platform that:

• Collects market research through surveys
• Maintains a waitlist for future insurance products
• Provides information about microinsurance services
• Develops insurance products tailored to Zambian needs

Note: We are currently in pre-launch phase and do not yet offer active insurance products.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not submit spam or malicious content
• Not attempt to breach security measures
• Not impersonate others or provide false information
• Respect rate limits and usage restrictions

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Tetezo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tetezo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Waitlist Terms

By joining our waitlist, you understand that:

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to products
• We may contact you about product launches and updates
• You can unsubscribe from communications at any time
• Waitlist position does not guarantee priority access
• Product availability and features may change

Survey Participation

Survey responses are voluntary and used for market research. By participating, you grant us the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for product development and research purposes. Individual responses will be kept confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetezo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tetezo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the services without liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tetezo regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
